Last but not least "You can't capture the dragon but you can punish the dragon." CONGRESS HIGHLIGHTS 9x9 Update: Rachel Small 16k beat Stephen Sun 6k to win the kyu section. Kory Stephens 3d is playing Terry Fung 3d in the finals of the dan section. 13x13 Update: Shengxiong Xie beat David Rohde 14k to win the kyu section.
