My name is Trevor Morris, and I am seeking renewal of my appointment as East Coast board member of the American Go Association. It has been an honor to serve as Chair of the Board for the past two years, during which I’ve worked closely with Gurujeet and my fellow board members to strengthen and modernize the AGA.

I’ve helped launch the quarterly Chapter Head meetings, creating a new forum for collaboration among local organizers. I also founded the New England Open in 2022, which has grown steadily from 50 to 70 participants and is quickly becoming a regional staple.

Looking ahead, I’m proud to be co-directing the Boston Go Congress in 2026. I remain committed to empowering our volunteers, fostering transparency, and promoting both in-person and digital opportunities to connect and grow the Go community.
