AGHS Launches First-Ever Youth–Adult Rengo Tournament

The American Go Honor Society (AGHS) is introducing a brand-new event this December: the Youth–Adult Rengo Tournament, a fun, beginner-friendly competition designed to bring younger and older players together across North America. The tournament will be held Sunday, December 14, with two rounds at 12pm EST and 3pm EST.

Who Can Play: All players in North America—of any age or rank—are welcome.

Team Requirements: Each team must consist of one youth (under 18) and one adult. Players without partners can sign up to be matched with someone of similar strength. All gender combinations are eligible.

Key Dates: 

  • Registration deadline: Friday, December 12 at 11:59pm EST
  • Tournament date: Sunday, December 14
