The 2026 BadukPop Tournament was held April 25 at the San Francisco Go Club, drawing nearly 50 players for four rounds of competition and a full day of play. Participants competed for more than $1,000 in prizes, along with trophies, certificates, and a catered lunch.

In the Open section, Eric Lee took first place with a perfect 4–0 record. Chao Xie finished second, and Rujun Diing placed third.

Three handicap divisions were also contested. In Division 1, Max Zhang placed first, followed by Kelvin Zhang and Adam Miller. Division 2 was won by Hongkai Pan, who also went undefeated at 4–0, with Viktor Makoviichuk in second and Lev Marcus in third. In Division 3, Lixing Yang took first with a 4–0 record, followed by Patrick Rogers and Saed Qunbar.

Tournament organizers expressed thanks to title sponsor BadukPop, whose support funded the prize pool, awards, and lunch, as well as to the players, families, and volunteers who made the event a success.
