The National Go Center has temporarily closed after the air conditioning system in the building
failed.
All activities at the Center are suspended until repairs are completed. Sunday Go on July 19 has been canceled, and Wednesday and Friday evening sessions may also be affected if repairs are delayed. The NGC says it will announce when the Center is ready to reopen.
Players looking for an alternative place to play next week can visit the Northern Virginia (NOVA) Go Club, which meets Mondays from 7 to 10 p.m. at the Korean United Methodist Church of Greater Washington (1219 Swinks Mill Road, McLean, Virginia).
