Tournament Details:

6 Rounds over 2 days
Divisions:
- Open Division: 5D+
- Main Division: 18K–4D
Game Format:
- Fischer Increment: 30 minutes + 10 seconds/move
- All games are AGA-rated
- Handicap: Even games in all divisions
Pairing System:
We will use Leago for pairing and results. All players will be added to Leago using their registration information.

Saturday, January 31, 2026

9:00 – 10:00 AM – Check-in & on-site registration
10:00 – 10:20 AM – Opening ceremony & announcements
10:30 AM – 12:30 PM – Round 1
12:30 – 1:45 PM – Lunch break
1:45 – 3:45 PM – Round 2
4:00 – 6:00 PM – Round 3
6:30 – 9:00 PM – Saturday afterparty & catered dinner (trivia and social games)

Sunday, February 1, 2026

9:30 – 11:30 AM – Round 4
11:45 AM – 1:45 PM – Round 5
1:45 – 2:45 PM – Lunch break
2:45 – 4:45 PM – Round 6
5:00 – 5:30 PM – Awards, prizes, and closing remarks

Prizes
Cash prizes will be awarded for:

Open Division – 1st, 2nd, 3rd
Main Division – top performers

Exact prize amounts will be announced in January.

Entry Fees & Payment

Tournament registration fee: $30
Optional lunch: $15
Optional Saturday dinner: $30

Please submit one combined payment covering all selected items.
Your registration is not complete until payment is received.

Players who have not paid their registration fee may not be paired for Round 1.

AGA Membership
All games are AGA-rated.
Players must have a valid AGA membership and AGA ID to participate.
