In the realm of sports, performance is often measured not just by technical skills but also by artistic flair. Go, a game celebrated for its strategic depth, has yet been valued much by its artistry. Now we introduce the National Brilliant Move Go Artistry Contest. The format is similar to art or gymnastic competitions.

Organizers:
AGA Capital Go Chapter in collaboration with San Diego Go Club, New York Institute of Go, Evanston Go Club and BadukClub.

Why Join?
o Showcase/share your artistic moves (and win bragging rights)
o Prizes: $1700 budget for Go items and gift cards (up to 50 winners)
o Categories: Fighting/Tesuji, endgame, dragon killing/settling.
o Learn & Grow: Deep self-study on your games.


Award Categories: Best of the Year, Fighting/Tesuji, Endgame, Dragon-killing/Settling, U-18, Age-55+.

Judging and Voting for Creativity, Effectiveness and Validity:

Ryan Li 4P (New York)
o Strong Players Panel: Albert Yen 8D, King Bi 6D, Michael Zhou 6D

Registration Fee: None.

How to participate:

o You may submit/nominate other players' brilliant moves (unlimited).
o Each player may have up to 7 submissions for his/her brilliant moves.
