Chinese national Go team head coach Yu Bin 9P has won the fourth Shin-An World Baduk Championship. In the finals of the Championship, held at the Rama Plaza Hotel in Shin-An, South Korea on June 23, Yu Bin, playing Black, achieved victory over Japan's legendary player Yoda Norimoto 9P in 197 moves. The Shin-An World Baduk Championship is an international tournament for professional players who are over 45 years old.

Until the middle game, the situation was evenly matched with no clear advantage for either side. However, when Yoda invaded on the right side and Yu launched an attack, Yu gradually gained the upper hand and widened the advantage. Yu carefully avoided mistakes and steadily crossed the finish line.

Mingjiu Jiang, a 7-dan professional player representing North America, made it to the quarterfinals of the tournament after defeating David He from Oceania in the first round. However, his journey ended at the quarterfinals when he was defeated by Yu Bin 9P.
